If our medical centre is closed you have a number of options open to you. If your problem can wait until we are open you can book an appointment online through this website.

Alternatively, if you need to see a doctor today, and it is NOT a medical emergency you could click on the Practice Plus link above and book a virtual Doctors appointment and be seen without leaving home!

You can go to the 24 hour surgery which is located at 401 Madras Street and is open 24hours a day every day. 

If you’re planning to visit the 24 hour surgery, please note that waiting times can vary depending on how busy they are and the severity of each patient’s condition. They operate on a triage system, which means those with more serious or time-sensitive needs are seen first.

For non-life-threatening concerns, you may experience a wait  depending on demand. We always recommend allowing extra time for your visit, especially during peak periods, as the clinicians prioritise patients based on medical urgency rather than arrival order.
